Can I really complete this on the go?
Yes. Lessons are self-paced, pre-recorded, and mobile-friendly. Many learners finish during flights or evenings while traveling.
What counts as “travel documentation”?
We provide (1) a certificate of course completion and (2) a personalized letter reflecting your self-reported travel dates and location. Use these for your records or reimbursement as applicable. This is not tax advice. The IRS has strict rules around CME and business expenses, make sure to discuss with your tax advisor.
What if my plans change?
No problem—reply to your confirmation email or email us at [email protected] and we’ll update your letter.
How fast do I get the documents?
Your personalized travel letter is sent shortly after you submit the form, which you can submit before or after your travel. Your course CME certificate of completion is available immediately upon completion of the quiz at the end of the course.
Will my employer accept this?
Policies vary. Most accept certificates/letters for self-study CME. If your organization requires a specific template, send it to us—we’ll help align the language.
Do I have to finish everything during the trip?
Your letter will reflect your self-attestation as to the number of hours of study you completed during your travel, with a maximum of the maximum credits offered for the course. You can complete the quiz itself at a later point, if you wish, without affecting your attestation letter.
