Is this only for certain specialties?
No! Obviously, there are some roles that are more amenable to certain specialties, but other roles are open to all specialties.Â
How much time does it take?
We have about 35 hours of recorded core curriculum that you can listen to through any podcast app on your own time. These 35 hours are no-fluff deep dive chapters on nuts and bolts of healthcare operations, regulations, and business aspects. Additionally, we have additional modules, like our interviews with physician executives, our podcast highlight series, and our recorded office hours that are all also available through our private podcast channel.Â
Will this hurt my clinical identity?
You are welcome to continue working clinically (many of us still do). This program will not hurt and in fact will probably help you, as you will better understand (and be able to impact for the better) the ecosystem within which you work.Â
